We are certified by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) as an official compliance testing laboratory authorized to conduct testing under the 2018 Farm Bill. Additionally, Delta 9 Analytical is licensed by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) to handle and analyze controlled substances.
